This is a food court presenting six different cuisines for patrons of the Casino, and it has been designed as a fresh and stylish interior, in deploying natural timber finishes, glass and steel detailing, stainless steel food preparation and presentation hubs, together with natural live planting in the restaurant areas to imbue a sense of wellbeing and to contribute to good air quality.

Moller Architects have designed a number of restaurants and cafes for Sky City, and the theme and concepts are vigorously researched and discussed with the client teams, together with the logistics of efficient product supply and servicing of all the front and back of house areas.

The planning and detailed design of the areas for dining, food selection and delivery, and preparation have all been delivered with considerable enthusiasm and flare.
